No need to doubt, 'Jesus and Muhammad' are two of the most influential person who ever lived. Today we can see their influence in the two largest religions in the world: Christianity with more than two billion followers, and Islam with 1.3 billion.
There are two significant differences of these two groups. Almost all Christians realize that they only have a tiny fraction of the pemahamam ang Muhammad and what it teaches. Muslims, on the other hand, believe that they hit who Jesus and what He taught, but their beliefs contrary to what is taught New Testament.
So the question is: How did the we can see the true picture of these two men at the same time? First, we need to know an important principle: we must separate between leaders and followers. We can not see the Christians to learn what Jesus taught, or see Muslims to mengetahuiapa that Muhammad taught. We should not focus on the actions of those who call drinya Christian or Muslim. No matter how many terrorists call themselves Muslims, and no matter how many Nazis or Crusaders called themselves Christians.
Instead, we must look directly to the teaching and actions of 'Jesus and Muhammad' as recorded on reliable sources.
There is a big difference between looking directly its own resources and rely on the people to say what the source said. I believe that is why Muslims do not understand Jesus and Christians and the Christians do not understand Muhammad.
The purpose of my book is to guide you and take you to the original source so you can see these two men alone, you might ask, what makes me qualified to do this? My answer is that I've never met these two men. Although I have a Christian name now, I was born with the name Muslim.Walaupun I have a PhD in the science of Christianity, I also mmiliki PhD in Islamic history of Al-Azhar University in Cairo. Although this book is written in English, my native language is Arabic. I've walked in two worlds.
In the western world, you have a lot of people who know a lot about the life of Jesus. And in the Islamic world, you dapt find many Muslims who are experts about Muhammad's life. But it's hard to find someone who spoke to the Western world about Muhammad from sources which asli.Itulah why I feel has something unique to offer. As a reference, I suggest once you read Appendix A of this book, which describes the source that I use as information about Muhammad and Jesus. If you are a westerner, it is impossible for you to understand quotations from Islamic sources unless you read Appendix A.
The rest of this book is logically organized to guide you to topics:
- On the unity I tell my background and how I can see the life of Jesus and Muhammad side by side. At the time I write or speak, I rarely tell my educational background in detail, but I do in this book because you should know that the information about Muhammad comes from a reliable source. If you are not interested in reading my story, please go directly to the second part.
- In the second part you will read about what Jesus and Muhammad did during their lives. Here you will find a variety of interesting parallel facts, such as the fact that both foreseen when children, both had cousins who introduced them kepad public, both rejected by the city of his birth, they had 12 students. On this chart Jesus and Muhammad would run together from birth until death.
- The third section focuses on what they inherit reversed from what they are taught and demonstrated. Differences became apparent. First you will learn about the claims themselves and the message to the world. This was followed by what Muhammad said about Jesus and what Jesus might have said about Mohammad. Then we will examine the activities that dominated their lives. For Jesus, healing and miracles; for Muhammad, holy man. Chapters 14,15, and 16, comparing their teachings on love, prayer, and women. This section diakhri with two chapters that focus on quotations that show (1) a comparison of how Jesus and Muhammad reacted in four events by chance the same. And (2) teaching them on the 8 main subject which compares verse by verse.
- In section 4, I provide a summary of key facts about Jesus and Muhammad, and what happened to me personally I once met Jesus and Muhammad side by side
